Message: i just started there, for about 2 weeks now, i have trained for along time in my life, i have trained in allmost all of the clubs in Århus, i have trained,
jiu jitsu, boxing, thaiboxing, .....
this KRAV MAGA LI, i had never head about it before i came to this club, and i must tell u all, that i am very very happy and proud to be a part of this training and club. the training is hard and makes you mentali strong.
the teacher gives you all the time you need to get your technic right, you learn alle the small details that makes a kick not only a kick, but a very HARD kick. overall i must tell you that the training is all about diseplin
and i truely belive that this
KRAV MAGA LI, is the best fighting and selfdefence training you can find.
i can see my self in this club for mannnnnnnny years more ;-)
