PRACTICAL KRAV MAGA FOR SPECIAL FORCES, POLICE, ARMY, SECURITY AND BODYGUARD UNITS SEMINAR

Saturday 7th of November 2009

Part 1: 12.00-14.00 – basic techniques: maintenance of strong-balanced stance; kicks and punches

Lunch break: 14.00-15.00

Part 2: 15.00-17.00 – advanced techniques: defense against knife, stick and gun attack; arm and leg locks

It is possible to take a shower and sleep in Dojo. Just bring your towel and sleeping bag with you.
In the evening we are going to have a dinner together.

Part 4: 14.00-15.00 – graduation ceremony
